RETURNS OR EXCHANGES

   Return Process

   Our customer service team will review your return application within 2 working days, and send the return address and return precautions to your registered email address.
   You must return the goods to the designated address in accordance with the return precautions, and bear the return shipping costs (if the return is caused by product quality problems, we will bear the return shipping costs).
   After we receive the returned goods, we will verify them within 3 working days and handle the refund procedures for you after verification.
   Refund method
   The refund will be made according to your original payment method, and the estimated refund time is 8 working days.
   If you use a coupon to purchase the product, the refund amount will be deducted from the coupon amount.
2. Exchange policy
   Exchange conditions
   The product must be kept intact with original packaging, tags and accessories within 7 days after receipt.
   The product has not been worn, washed or modified.
   The product has quality problems or does not match the description, and you want to replace it with the same style, different size or color.
   Exchange process
   Log in to your account, find the order that needs to be exchanged on the “My Orders” page, and click “Apply for Exchange”.
   Fill in the reason for exchange, exchange size or color, and submit the exchange application.
   Our customer service team will review your exchange application within 2 working days and confirm whether there is stock available for exchange.
   If there is sufficient stock, we will send the exchange address and exchange notes to your registered email address. You need to return the product to the designated address according to the exchange notes and bear the return shipping costs (if the exchange is caused by product quality problems, we will bear the return shipping costs).
   After we receive the returned goods, we will verify them within 3 working days and handle the exchange procedures for you after verification. The exchanged goods will be sent out within 7 working days after verification.
3. Notes
   Packaging requirements
   Please ensure that the returned goods keep the original packaging, tags and accessories intact.
   Please use appropriate packaging materials to avoid damage to the goods during transportation.
   Freight
   If the return or exchange is caused by product quality problems, we will bear the return freight.
   If the return or exchange is caused by personal reasons (such as inappropriate size, dislike of color, etc.), you need to bear the return freight.
   Refund and Exchange Time
   The refund time is expected to be 8 working days, and the specific arrival time is subject to the bank or payment platform.
   The exchanged goods will be sent out within 7 working days after verification, and the specific arrival time is subject to the logistics company.
